Critter Creator: Devblog 4: Audio imagination

Any game available has sound. It has to be a solid foundation for all the action that happens on and around the play area or in the game world. I have been a musician/composer since the age of 12 and have a deep love of music, but I've loved games my entire life. Critter Creator was a great opportunity to experiment and have some fun with dance/EDM/techno-style music which I hadn't explored before.
As the game featured multiple critters I made a unique track for each animal. These were made by utilizing some existing projects I had been working on, as well as original tracks and instrumentation. All have an electronic-sounding theme, and interesting percussion that sounds like tools or robots being assembled.
I enjoyed the process of creating this music so much that, I have decided to release an EP featuring all those tracks and a bonus few. To create the artwork for the Cover of Ep I have been using AI artwork, utilizing some prompt engineering skills I have developed over the last few years. Here are some of the results:
